Accountability!!!

It's such an important word!!! I'm going to go off on a rant, but it's my blog so I can do whatever I want! Last night, was a long night. Our neighbors, who lets just say are whores (I think that may be my first nasty word on the blog so cut me some slack!!) decided to have a party. The night before, they came to our door at 11 p.m. to ask if it was okay if they had the party and played their music loud. First off, why are you coming to our door at 11 at night, and secondly, NOOOOOOO!!! We have a baby who will be trying to sleep, not to mention how rude it is!! Well apparently the language barrier thing is a problem (they're from Russia.....oh and did I mention they're whores!!) They went ahead with their party, played their music until way past 1 a.m. and in the meantime, woke Lilly up last night. I'm not in a college dorm anymore and my family shouldn't have to live like this. Well, they weren't held accountable. I guess from this point on the police will have to be the best answer. They're supposed to be leaving in the beginning of October. Guess it's time to start looking for a house even sooner (we were planning on waiting until this time next year since we just got in here.).....but I'm not sure if I can handle the stress of people not being held accountable for their actions. It's 11 am right now and since they weren't held accountable last night, they're playing their music again. Somebody come shoot them for me please!!!!!!

That stinks! I might have been tempted to repay the favor with an early wakeup whores rendition of ALL of Lily's kiddie music at top volume! I hope they leave quickly and let you guys have some peace!

I agree. It sounds like a Veggie Tales music marathon day or playdate type of day to me hehe.

Oh my!!!
Sorry, I couldn't help laughing... not at the situation (bellow you'll see some ideas for you) but the way you wrote.
I know EXACTLY the way you fell!
I have in the back of my building an youth center that holds parties EVERY week on a residencial zone!
NOW the ideas...
1) Water Balloons
2) I can lend you Rebeca's newest toy - that I'm trying to get rid off - a guitar - so you can mesure up to their sound.

I really hope that after this horrible night you spent a better day and took long looks at Lilly, cause I know this is the one thing that calms me down - just looking at my baby.

Have a great evening and a delicious night of sleep.

I am completely cracking up! I think we must live in the same complex. The people in the townhome across from us have their windows open at all hours playing the friggin' guitar and their kids are constantly playing in the street! I mean seriously people all we are asking for is a little common courtesy here...

I hope you have better neighbors soon!
