American Idol.....

Here I come!!!!! Lillian is just so sweet. She brings so much joy to my heart and I can't imagine a single second without her in my life! She just loves to sing, or what I guess you could consider singing! Lillian really doesn't cry too much. When she's wakes up from her nap, Lillian sings. Every now and then she'll cry, but that's usually when she doesn't nap for long enough. The past couple of nights have been rough here. I think that she has another tooth coming through so she's been waking up and has to come into bed with me to go back to sleep. Stuff like that doesn't bother me though, mostly because when you look at the overall picture, Lillian is such a wonderful little girl. She hardly cries, and when she does, it only ever means that she's hungry, she's tired, or she's in pain. I guess you could say I'm one lucky mom!!

I finished up two new products last night and stayed up way late which is something that I haven't done in a long time, but I knew that I had to get them finished. My poor CT (hi ladies....sorry I'm a slacker) haven't received something new from me in forever! I'm going to start a new product on Monday since we'll be shampooing the carpets the carpets tomorrow and bombing again. If we don't have resolution after that we'll be calling an exterminator. Probably should have done that from the beginning, but not having gone through this before, I didn't know how long and how much money it would cost. It certainly would have been a heck of a lot cheaper that's for sure!!! Anyways, I hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend!!

Cleaning....yuck!!!

Well today I'm cleaning the spare bedroom......it's an absolute mess!!! I've been putting stuff in there as we cleaned everything for the fleas and now I can barely walk through it, it's sorta been the junk drawer of the house!! Other than that I'm putting the finishing touches on a new kit and I'll have that finished later today. It's supposed to rain this weekend, but I'm hoping that it will hold off long enough so we can go to the pumpkin festival in Bennington. They're trying to break the world record that Keene, NH holds for the most lit pumpkins in one place.....somehow I'm doubting that the amount of pumpkins will even come close to that number, but it will still be neat to see!!! We're going to shampoo the carpets and bomb the house one last time to get rid of any stragglers that are left so that should be one fun filled day!!! Anyways, here's a pic of Lilly.....it's a tad bit blurry, but I still love it!

We're back....

Once again our time in Syracuse seemed to short! We didn't even finish the cards!! I'm going to finish them later this week and get them in the mail by Saturday at the latest. We spent Saturday designing and such while Dad and Mary watched Lillian. Sunday we went to the mall in the morning to pick up the other valance for the baby's room. I also got Lillian's Christmas outfit since last year I waited too long and ended up spending way too much money because the dress that I wanted wasn't available any more.

So now we're home again! My new lens arrived yesterday......a 50 mm f/1.8!!! I don't know how I've lived this long without it!! It's going to take a little bit to get used too using my body as the zoom instead of the lens, but I know I'll use it a lot. My next purchase is going to be an external flash and a lightsphere and then for Christmas I think that I'll ask for some studio lighting. I'd like to start taking pics professionally (or somewhat professionally sometime) next spring. I'd like to focus on natural lighting, but the lighting will be "just in case." Anways, we've got a busy day ahead of us! Here's a pic taken yesterday with my new lens....

Have you checked out....

my sisters' blog lately?! She's updated it with some sono pics and the baby's room with their new furniture and such. You can check it out here! I guess it's time for me to change their header for them!

In other news Lilly is ALL over the place!!! She walks around 75% of the time. I'm really enjoying watching her learn something new and she certainly doesn't give up very easily. She won't walk out in the grass yet, but she's getting there! I'll be starting my final sale at My Digital Muse this coming weekend before I leave for Syracuse. Me and Betsy are going to work on her shower invites and I may start the paintings for the baby's room as well....otherwise I'll bring them home. Anyways, I'm finishing up the laundry which is something that I've been doing a lot more of since Lillian's been using the cloth diapers. Here's another shot of Lillian enjoying her swing at the park....

One of my anniversary flowers that Dan bought me last week!

The weekend and the week ahead...

So last Friday me and Lillian did some running around. I think that I took Lillian out of her car seat at least 6 times in less than 2 hours!! We started off at the playground which was dead since it looked like it was going to rain. I'm so looking forward to her running around on her own and being able to enjoy the playgrounds more. So we headed to the swings like always...

One of the things that we did on Friday was check out a new cell phone company. AT&T is finally dropping us, which is something that we've been waiting for for some time now. Luckily we don't have to pay to break our contract since it's costing them more to keep us since we aren't using any of their towers.

Then on Saturday we went to a memorial service. After that, we left Lillian to spend the night with Grandma and me and Dan enjoyed a belated Anniversary dinner in Manchester. Then on Sunday we bombed once again!!! I'm so sick of these stinking things!!! We bombed AND I sprayed the carpets 3 times yesterday. Knock on wood.....I think they're just about gone. I bought some more spray today and I'll go up and spray in a bit and then again tomorrow. Would you believe that I bought all of the sprays from the grocery store AND the feed store down the street!!! Oh, and
something else I bought......if you own a cat you must get one.....
You roll the litter box and all of the clean litter goes through those grates and the clumps go into that little thing that you pull out!!! It absolutely rocks!!! It made the one thing I hate doing the most so easy!! And it only cost $32 (from petsmart.com) Today I did some grocery shopping and I'm going to do a couple of layouts to catch up on my CT work. Then tomorrow I'm going to get back to work!!

Happy Anniversay....

Dan!! Can you believe it's been 4 years?!!

Taking a quick break.....

From designing!! I'm getting ready for the last grab bag at MDM so I've been busy trying to figure out what to create and such. I'm working on my word art right now and I'll get that finished later tonight. Then while I take my breaks I'm going to work on a paper pack that I'll finish either tonight or tomorrow and then I'll start working on a full kit. I may make some watercolors, not sure though so we'll see!!! And in between all of that, we're still working on the fleas! Everything is off of Abby which is good. The only place that they still seem to be is in our bedroom and the hallway, both of which are a loose berber which is a perfect place for those eggs to get deep into. I've been spreading Borax each night which seems to be helping so hopefully not much longer until they're all gone. This is certainly something that I don't EVER want to experience again, so I'll be keeping up with the Borax once a month on all of the carpets and laundry as well as bathing Abby once a month. I'm just sooooooooooooo exhausted and I'll be happy when this week is over and I can get back to focusing on designing and taking pics!! Anyways, here's another pic from Lilly's tutu "session" that lasted all of 5 minutes!!

Tell me your favorite.....

quote!!! I'm going to be working on some new stuff next week and I thought it would be fun to make some doodles with famous (and not so famous) quotes. Tell me your favorite quote below and include your email addy.......if I pick your quote, you get the quote pack for free once I finish!!

Here is my absolute favorite quote....

"How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world"
Anne Frank

I may whip out my watercolors for this one since it's been awhile!

Some pics.....

We went to Grandma's last night for dinner and we all enjoyed some yummy ziti!! When we first arrived, I thought I would take some pics of Lilly in the tutu that I bought her from the dollar store. I haven't been to this dollar store before, but I remembered that the Dollar Tree in Buffalo that I used to go to used to have some really great finds every now and then. Well they had these tutu's in the halloween section and since they were a little lacking in fluffiness, I bought a second one. I was going to dye them pink, but when I got home the dye stuff said that you can't dye 100% polyester so I decided it wasn't worth it. She absolutely hated wearing them, but hopefully it'll be better once she gets her fuzzi bunz since she wasn't wearing a diaper in these pics (but you can't tell).....

A sale, a freebie and a coupon.....

Time for some more great stuff!!! First off my sale at My Digital Muse.......you get all 11 element packs worth $27.50 for only $5!

Then a great coupon....

and finally, a freebie!! This was previously offered exclusively to the Muse Club members and now you can get it.....

Download here and be sure to leave some love if you grab it!!

In other news, I'm not feeling so well :o( I don't get sick too often, but when I do it's best to stay clear of me!!! Last time I got sick was when I went to NYC with my sis and Mary and we ended up leaving early because I had the flu. So I have the hand sanitizer by my side and I'll pick up some stuff at the store later. I just hope it doesn't pass onto Lilly......she's never been sick (KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!) I'm going to take it easy today since the last couple of days have been a little rough. Anyways, hope that everyone has a wonderful Thursday!!

Taking a break....

from the hell I've been dealing with since yesterday!!! Monday night I started grooming Abby and noticed that she had a few clumps of hair that I was unable to comb through. Since they're on her lower back, I knew she wouldn't be able to clean it herself so I cut the hair off in those spots. Then, yesterday morning, while looking at the bare patch on her back, I notice fleas!!!!!!!!!!! I flipped out! She's never had fleas the entire 7 years that I've had her, not to mention the fact that she's an indoor cat. I quickly sprung into action because there is no way I was going to let her suffer or let the fleas get all over the house. I went to the feed store down the street, bought some shampoo, spray and a bomb for the house. So yesterday I basically tortured Abby with 5 baths (which I gave her all at once) and combing and spraying throughout the day. I didn't notice a lot of bites, so it looks as though she didn't have them for long.....although I'm certainly no expert! This morning we bombed the house and everything looks good, not that it looked bad before! I bought Abby a flea collar and I'll continue spraying her every 9 days like the bottle says to keep the little boogers away. So while we were away from the house, me, Lilly and Abby went for a little ride in the car. We started off at Price Chopper to get all of our Clorox products for cleaning and then I decided to head up to Manchester to check out the Dellwood Cemetery. I was able to get a few shots......but I'd be able to get more without Lilly and Abby in the car! Anyways, I've got to get back to cleaning. Come back tomorrow for a new sale and a new coupon on my stuff at My Digital Muse......and don't forget it's $2 Wednesday!!

Monday, October 01, 2007

Still working....

on another kit which will be going into the last grab bag next weekend at MDM. According to the schedule that I set for myself I have until Wednesday night to get this one done so I'm doing okay so far.......although I was doing really great the other day until Dan switched users on the computer and didn't save any of my stuff!!! Today I ordered Lilly's fuzzi bunz diapers and hopefully they'll arrive later this week. I'm so happy that we'll be using these again since we only bought the small size before. The large size that I just ordered will take her all the way to potty training so I'll never need to buy another box of diapers other than for traveling and such. I had to get the hemp inserts this time since she's such a heavy wetter......she likes to drink lots and lots just like her mommy!!!! I figure $300 isn't a lot in the long run when you think about each box costing $30 at BJ's for the next 2 or so years, not to mention all of the waste! Anyways, if any mom's are interested, I picked up Lilly's diapers at www.fuzzibunzstore.com. I opted to go with all white this time.....I figured it was the safest thing to do! Next purchase on my list to start helping the environment......re-usable grocery bags!!! Anyways, I'm off to bed.....before midnight......woohoo!!! Here's a shot of Lilly and Dan at the park......

Our weekend.....

was a pretty uneventful one. We started Saturday driving around looking at houses that are for sale in the area and taking off beat roads.....actually now that I think of it, almost every road in Vermont is offbeat. After checking out some houses, we stopped at the Chiselville Covered Bridge in East Arlington.....
I went down the really steep hill to try and get some shots below, and while I was able to get down there, the water was way too cold and I didn't have the proper footwear to put my camera gear in that sorta danger so I decided to save it for next summer. After that it was lunch time. I of course wanted to head to my favorite lunch spot Zoey's. It was packed as can be expected.......Manchester gets really busy with all of the yuppies this time of year coming up to spend their money at the outlets. Since it was so packed we decided to go to the park, which was also packed, but with kids playing soccer so that was nice! Lillian did some "walking" around....
After that, Dan had a headache so we headed on home. Today nothing much went on, just chilling out at home. Nothing really planned for the week ahead other than designing. I set a schedule for myself and what needs to be completed by a certain date to get myself back on track. I'll be running a new sale this Thursday as well as a new coupon on that day for my blog readers so be sure to check back........there might even be another freebie!! Hope everyone has a wonderful week ahead!

My buddy's back....

Since having Lillian, Abby has sorta taken a backseat. She avoids Lillian, which I don't blame her since Lilly like to stick her little fingers in her eyes. Before having Lillian, Abby was always with me. She kept my feet warm at night and she was my TV watching buddy. But after Lillian was born, she avoided me and kept her distance. Recently though, she's been coming back to me. She started sleeping on the bed again when we moved to Vermont, and most recently, she started joining me when I was on the computer. So now not only do I have to deal with Lillian trying to pound her little fingers all over the computer, but I also have to deal with Abby sprawled all over my wacom!!! It's nice to have her back though.......now if I can only get her to like Lillian!

Not sure what we're going to do this weekend. It's supposed to be nice here so I'd like to be able to catch a few autumn shots as the leaves change. Anyways, I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend......and don't forget about my coupon below and my kit sale at My Digital Muse!!

Wanna help me clean.......

this little mess up?! Lillian has been having a little bit too much fun with her little fork lately and sticking her food everywhere but in her mouth! She's been picky lately and really isn't eating as much as she used too. She'll shake her head no and pucker up her lips and breathe through her nose to let me know that she doesn't want to eat.....it's really too funny.....I should record her sometime! Anyways, I just thought that this pic was too cute and had to share! I hope that everyone has a wonderful Friday and weekend ahead. Not too sure what we're going to do here. Maybe go look at new cars again......I'm still set on that '07 Subaru Outback, but I guess I should look at other stuff too.......just as long as it isn't a minivan!!!

The Kit Sale

It's sale time!!! For one week, you can get these 5 kits for only $4. Annnnnnnd, if my blog readers combine the above deal along with another item in my store with the coupon below......well.......that's just a great steal!!!! Next Thursday another great sale will happen so be sure to come back! You can check out the above item in my store at My Digital Muse here!

Wednesday, September 26, 2007

Yeah it's Wednesday!!

And the best thing about it is that Lillian has been taking a long enough nap so I could create a freebie......which is something that I haven't done in awhile! So here is my freebie....

And here is the link to download here (leave some lovin if you download please!)

Also, check out this coupon which is only available to those that read my blog.....

Remember that today is $2 Wednesday so you can pick up my mini kit and something else for half off!!! Plus I'll be starting my sales tomorrow.......not sure which items will be going up first, so I guess you'll just have to check it out for yourself! The coupon expires on October 3rd so be sure to use it while you can, and as many times as you like!!

In other news, it's a hot one here today......85!!!! Where's the fall weather?! It's supposed to cool back down tomorrow, so until then we'll stay inside with the air conditioning. It's supposed to rain the next few days which is okay I guess......gives me a reason to create something new. The weekend is supposed to be nice though, so I'm hoping I'll be able to capture some of the amazing colors that are in Vermont this time of year. Like I've said many times before, if you've never been here in the fall, you're really missing out on quite a show!! Anyways, I hope that everyone has a wonderful day!

Oh, and you check out my stuff at My Digital Muse here if anyone is interested!!

Peek-a-boo!

Lillian just loves wearing my shoes.....actually she loves wearing any shoes! She's been putting her own shoes on for the past couple of weeks and she even puts them on the right feet. She hasn't taken more than one step since Sunday which is okay......she'll take more when she's ready. The cable guy today and installed our new phone line and all I can say is YAY!!! I've been so sick of our cell phone service lately so I'm looking forward to talking on the phone without the call being dropped and actually receiving voicemails and seeing when I've missed calls! Not much going on tomorrow that I know of. I'm just going to work on an alpha that I've been working on the past week so hopefully I'll get that finished. Anyways, happy hump day and be sure to head on over to MDM for $2 Wednesday! And I'm going to try and create a freebie this week too so be on the lookout for that!

HUGE NEWS IN THE BOMBRIA HOUSE!!!

It happened.....it finally happened!!! Lillian walked!!!! I seriously don't think I've ever been so happy in my life! She started standing on her own only a few days ago so I certainly wasn't expecting it this soon. It was late last night and she was holding onto the coffee table and she let go and was just standing there. I just happened to be on the floor close to her and told her to come to mommy......and she did!!! She went around 5 steps and then fell. But the good thing is that she seemed to enjoy it and got up another 5 or so times and kept on doing it! I think she eventually got sick of falling and stopped. I didn't have the camera near by, but today I've got it all ready to go so hopefully I'll be able to catch something this week!

Some wonderful news and some new pics!

Well.....I'm going to be an aunt to a baby girl!!!!! How exciting is that?! I thought that she was going to have a boy up until her first sono where they thought it was a girl. So now I get to go shopping since I've held off up until this point.....no point getting a bunch of yellow and green stuff! Now it'll be time to start working on her invites and thinking of stuff to make for the baby shower. So there's a big YAY!!!

Secondly.....big news in the Bombria house......we're getting a home phone!! I know, silly stupid big news! We've been using
our cell phones as our "home" phone since we left Buffalo and while it worked out okay when we were in Massachusetts, it's not working so well since we moved to Vermont. We don't receive all of our messages, missed calls don't even show up, and we have to stand next to the window to get full antenna! We were fine in the beginning when it was still Cingular, but after AT&T bought them out, our service has sucked. So we'll be getting our new phone through the cable company next Tuesday. And yes Pat, you can call us to your heart's content now since we won't have to worry about our minutes anymore!!!

So last night I went out to shoot some pics. I intended on shooting downtown Bennington, but it was completely packed and I couldn't find a parking spot. I think that I'm going to wake up really early tomorrow morning when no one is down there so I can pay more attention to things. I was able to stop at the Bennington Museum of Arts (I think that's what it's called) and shoot the wind sculptures and then to the Grandma Moses schoolhouse. Oh and Lillian took her first bubble bath yesterday......she was a little confused at first, but then she warmed right up to them!!

Wednesday, September 19, 2007

Blehhhh.....

that's how I feel today! I'm not in a bad mood or anything, just a bleh mood! If you haven't heard by now, MDM is closing. I'm really happy for Holly and her new ventures and I know that I would do the same thing in a heartbeat if given the opportunity. You always have to follow your heart, and you can tell by her enthusiasm that that's exactly what she's doing! Of course I'm sad to be leaving MDM. It's such a wonderful community and the other designers, creative muses and members are just wonderful people. So what this means for me is that I need to find a new home! I'm taking a break to re-group and such and will get back to designing either tomorrow or the next day. I have ideas and such but thought it was important to take a "me" day!

In other news, Dan truck just got a new water pump (is that right ) and thermostat. It seems like he's been having bad luck lately with the darn thing so hopefully this is it for awhile. Send positive truck vibes to Dan's beloved truck please!! We went to the Subaru dealer and they had the most beautiful Outback I've ever laid eyes on. It's charcoal grey and has all the bells and whistles that we need.....and it's brand spankin new! We're still waiting until the end of this year or early next year, but it doesn't hurt to start shopping!

Anyways, here's a couple of shots of the scare crows and such from the nursery...

Monday, September 17, 2007

Another shot....

I've been feeling kinda icky today and last night was a rough one. It was chilly in here and then Lilly got up in the middle of the night and wouldn't go back down. So today was a slow one for me and I knew I just wanted to look at the pics that I took yesterday so that's the only thing that I did on the computer today. Here's one of Lilly in the carrier that we picked up this past weekend.... I need to work on the ones from the nursery a little more. They had these scarecrows that were dressed up like the characters from the Wizard of Oz.....it was really way too cute!

Sunday, September 16, 2007

Another quickie....

We had a really fun filled day here today filled and I'm happy to report that I took lots of pics! First we headed to the Equinox Valley Nursery for what will become a family tradition to get our pumpkins! They have a lot of really cute scarecrows all over the place and it was just really neat looking. They have wagons (which we need to get for Lilly because she absolutely loved it!) for the pumpkins so Dan enjoyed pulling Lilly around.....and when we picked out a pumpkin for Lilly we put it in the wagon next to her and I was telling her it was hers and she kept patting her hands on her chest as if she was saying "it's mine, it's mine!"

Then after the pumpkin patch, we headed to Manchester really quickly so Dan could pick up some new t-shirts and for some lunch at Zoey's. THEN (I told you it was a busy day!) we went to the Bennington Antique Car Show that was held at the old Race Track in Pownal....
and Dan's dream truck (someday Dan don't worry!)

Finally on the way back we headed to the Apple Barn (the one that was on that episode that Rachel Ray did in Vermont) and picked up some cider donuts and cider....mmmmmmm!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!

Saturday, September 15, 2007

Dan's home!!!

way we weren't planning on. It's raining right now anyways, so me and Lilly will just go with him and we'll eat out for dinner. Me and Lilly had a wonderful day yesterday. I needed to get some new jeans so we headed up to the outlets in Manchester. Then we headed to Zoey's and I got a turkey on rye (which is absolutely amazing btw.....they make their own bread each day and it just makes my mouth water thinking about it!) So we got lunch to go and headed to the park in Manchester. Lilly enjoyed crawling all over the place and rolling down the little hill. We even headed over to the swings and she got to swing with all of the other kids around which she absolutely loved. I know she's really going to love the play group. Then we headed over to the marble quarry that they turned into a swimming hole. It's really neat there and it'll be a fun place once LillyWell we picked up Dan from the airport last night after being gone for the week and we're happy to have him back with us! His flight was an hour late and they left his luggage in NYC so we have to go back today and get it, which isn't a huge problem.....just another hour drive each (and any subsequent kids) get old enough....there's certainly no shallow end there!! Anyways, here's one shot of Lilly at the park trying to drink my Dr. Pepper!

Friday, September 14, 2007

Grab Bag Weekend...

at MDM!!I think that me and Lilly might go to the park in Manchester today even though it's 30 minutes away. I'm just going to get away from the computer today since I spent the WHOLE DAY on it yesterday....I was up until 2 a.m. getting the grab bag ready.

Oh I think I forgot to mention.....I put myself on the waiting list for a Tracy Joy camera bag!!! Her list is way long so I'm not expecting to hear from her for quite some time, but I'm really looking forward to not only getting a cuter bag, but also one that is a lot roomier! You can check out her stuff at www.tracyjoy.com!!

Taking a break....

Well today was a little more productive than the previous two.....key word is "little!" I'm just about to finish up a paper pack that will be going into my grab bag and then tomorrow I'm going to try and create another 2 (I already have one.) I'm not sure who I'm kidding when I say I'm going to have stuff ready two weeks ahead of time when I know that I work better under pressure....always have always will! So we went to eat at Grandma Bombria's tonight which was a nice break from everything. I of course brought my camera along and snapped a few pics. It's becoming a lot harder to take pics of Lilly since she's all over the place but I figure it's great practice! Anyways, here's one shot of her behind my ever so favorite backdrop (Pat's barn of course!)....and a pic of some flowers that I bought the other day....

Oh and I think I forgot to talk about Lillian's doctor appointment that she had the other day! She's up to 22 lbs and 31 inches tall (normal weight and a little above average for height.) The doctor said that she's doing really well. I asked her (like I always do) how she's doing developmentally since I'm always concerned about when she'll be caught up since she was a preemie. She said that she's completely caught up with the exception of her not walking yet, which as can be expected will be a little delayed. She said that typically the motor skills are the last thing to catch up so that was a relief. I really haven't been worrying too much about the walking because I know she'll do it when she's ready, but it's good to know that I'm doing everything possible to help her along! We're hoping to start a playgroup next week and hopefully I'll have a chance to meet other mom's in the area, but I don't know the details of the group yet so I guess we'll see. Anyways, I've babbled way too much and need to get back to work!

Still suffering....

So I still have my migraine that started yesterday. It's been a long time since I've had a migraine like this, but I used to get them so often when I was a teenager that I think that I just learned to get used to them. It seemed like I was in the nurse's office at least once a month to give myself a shot. So I haven't spent much time on the computer today. I tried taking pics of Lilly the other day in front of the white blanket but she just wasn't having it. I guess she's in that "I'm not sitting still and I don't understand what you're telling me to do" phase! I tried to keep her occupied but nothing seemed to work. So today, we just sorta chilled out and then later tonight we went to Tractor Supply to see if they had one of the litter box things that automatically clean. They didn't have one so I guess we'll have to get one later this week......I just hate cleaning the cat litter!! So I'm going to try and finish up some papers tonight for the grab bag this weekend and then I'll start working on another kit tomorrow.

Hopefully it won't rain tomorrow so I can take some shots.....I guess we'll see!

Sunday, September 09, 2007

Just a quickie....

It's a yucky day outside which can only mean one thing.....cleaning day! I'm taking a break from the puter today and I'm going to take some pics of Lilly after the my large white fleece blanket gets cleaned. Lilly tripped last night and bit down on her lip.....I've never seen the poor thing bleed....even when she was in the NICU! She was all better with a few moments, I think that I was the one that was more upset! Anyways, I had to take some pics yesterday for my photography class and although I still need to take one more pic since it started raining before I could finish, I was able to capture this pic of some roses that are next to the garage....
and one of my cute shoes (which are still killing my feet btw!)....

A long day!

Well today I decided that we needed to go to BJ's to get some more diapers and wipes and what not. I'm buying Lillian's cloth diapers on Friday, which will be a change.....it seems like we've been using disposables forever now. But at least when we have another baby we'll only have to buy the second size. So while we were out in Saratoga I thought I would check in with Lens Crafters to see if they had my lenses in yet......they did.....and they never called! After that we stopped at Old Navy and I picked up some really cute shirts which I really need. Ever since having Lilly my style has kinda slacked since she comes first. It's only been recently that I decided that I need to feel good about myself as well. They have a ton of stuff that is half off for some sort of fall preview sale. So after Old Navy I headed over to the shoe store. I've been loving all of Rocket Dog's shoes and I tried a pair on in Manchester and they just didn't look right on my feet. But today I finally found a pair that I liked and that looked right......aren't they way too cute!! They have a buy one get one half off sale right now, but for the life of me I didn't think that anything else would look right on me. I have until next Saturday to buy the other pair at half off so we may take another trip out there. Nothing else really going on. I'm going to do some doodling with a marker today instead of on the wacom and scan them in since I know how to do it properly now......I guess we'll see. I'd like to have at least a couple more products ready for this weekend and then create at least a few more next week for the grab bag weekend. We'll see what Lilly will allow!

A busy day!

Well I've got a busy couple of weeks ahead of me so I can prepare for grab bag weekend so I'll make this one short! First a shot of Betsy and Lilly...and then a pic of Betsy at 17 weeks
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. I'll try and write how mine went when Lilly goes down for a nap later!
